Biocon enters into pact with CMS to sell 3 generic products in China

Biocon on September 12 said it has signed a license and supply agreement with a subsidiary of China Medical System Holdings (CMS) for three generic formulation products in Greater China. Biocon, however, has not specified which products are going to be part of this deal. New Delhi: India has raised tariffs on 28 items exported from the US with effect from Sunday in retaliation to America’s withdrawal of preferential access for Indian products from 5 June.
